In 1997 Dr. Dulai began his commercial training career by teaching businesses the proper use of Microsoft Office. Within 10 months he had increased his teaching repertoire of courses to include over 21 separate software applications. He became one of the most sort after independent software trainer in the United Kingdom. Eventually he established his own business.
